Metaverse’s Melon Studio Announces First Original Game on Roblox

Roblox-focused developer Melon announced today that it will be releasing its first original game within the metaverse. It’s called Jump Kingdoms.

In Jump Kingdoms, players play as friends, brightly colored creatures that they can customize (these characters are exclusive to this game). These friends compete against each other in randomly generated parkour challenges. These parkour races will take place in places like lava fields and castles. Season 0 of the game will be released next week, while Season 1 will be released in November.

The cute caramel-colored Pals look like the beans from Fall Guys. They can be customized with a number of colorful outfits, making it even more obvious. While much of the success of games on Roblox in the past has come from user-generated content, there are more companies like Supersocial and Toya launching professional studios focused on making Roblox games.

Melon is the development studio that has created several interactive in-universe experiences for pop stars, including Ava Max and KSI. So far, most of the studio’s work on the Roblox metaverse has been corporate marketing projects. You are now creating your own game in space. Melon claims that his history of creating engaging experiences on Roblox has shaped how Jump Kingdoms has developed.

Three of the top investment professionals talk about what it takes to finance your video game.

Melon founder Devon Thorne said in a statement that the Jump Kingdoms theme has a history on Roblox: Random in Jump Kingdoms really do. this style of justice game. “
